Donald Trump said on Thursday he would pardon and apologize to those who participated in the deadly attack on the US Capitol on January 6 if he were elected to the White House again.

“I mean full pardons with an apology to many,” he told Wendy Bell, a conservative radio host on Thursday. “I will be looking very, very strongly about pardons, full pardons.”

Daneben viel, teils wirklich abstoßender Bothsideism für eine weitgehend korrekte Biden-Rede.

Ausgenommen davon John Harwood. Allerdings waren es auch die letzten Worte, die John Harwood in seiner Eigenschaft als CNN-Reporter sprach. Harwood wurde vom neuen Eigentümer des Senders auf dem Altar von "both sides" geopfert und (vor dem Kommentar) trotz eines noch laufenden Vertrags gekündigt - mal sehen, wie weit sie noch gehen:
